Not sure about Encino's but the best Persian restaurant I've tried so far is Heidar Baba in Pasadena, CA. Check out the reviews.

There is a great Persian place a bit more north in Woodland Hills called Shirin. Worth the extra 10 minute drive.

Donno much about persian food in encino except that hooka place has good food too. "The Spot".



If you go to westwood, try Shamshiri Grill it's right on westwood a little north of Santa mOnica
